3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in USD and include applicable U.S. sales tax (where required).

• Sparking Diamonds & Gems (SDG) reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes.

• Accepted payment methods include all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna (where available), and bank transfers.

• All transactions are secured through encrypted payment gateways. SDG does not store your payment information.

4. Order Confirmation & Shipping

• After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with order details. This does not constitute acceptance of your order, which is confirmed once dispatched.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Shipping timelines are estimates only. Sparking Diamonds & Gems is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Our standard return policy allows returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Returned items must be in original condition with packaging, certificates, and no signs of wear.

• Custom-made, engraved, or personalized products are non-returnable, unless defective.
